I don’t coach from theory alone—I’ve lived the reality of elite sport. I spent a decade alongside a professional rugby player, immersed in the pressure, expectations, injuries, performance demands, and constant uncertainty that come with the game. I’ve seen firsthand how it impacts not just performance—but identity, confidence, and life beyond sport.

I rebuilt by creating the support I saw was missing.

I also bring real credentials to this work. I hold a Master's in Psychology and I’ve completed three internationally accredited coaching programs through the ICF, co-authored a best-selling book, and built a multi six-figure business—so this isn’t just coaching, it’s proven experience.
